I was under the impression that Mr. Lucas did not care too much for the idea of destiny. I imagine Disney was just looking for a Star Wars-sounding title, but the idea of making your own way (as opposed to being bound by some destiny) seems integral to Star Wars.

George Lucas did care about destiny. His stance has always been that everyone has their own destiny, and each one has the choice of either following it or not. Destiny plays a major part in his movies too.

That said, the title here is obviously being used carelessly or for marketing purposes.

Maybe Disney was too focused on the story that they couldn’t get Anakin’s scar put on before they finished the episode.

Let’s also hope Ahsoka will be back in the final season of Rebels. I wanna see more of Ahsoka and learn more of what’s to come with her. I don’t want her to be reduced to 3-minute shorts and since there’s rumblings of a Netflix show centered on her, we could be getting more of her soon.

Also, am I wrong to point out that Anakin looks like Transformers puppet master, Michael Bay?

I really don’t think “too much focus on the story” was the reason.

Very well. Could just be a tv show error. We’ve seen these types of errors on Clone Wars (like Anakin with two same versions of his saber in Season 4 of Clone Wars) and Rebels (Sabine with her helmet floating on her body in mid-air in Season 2).
