Essay: The Wisdom Of Qui-Gon Jinn

The Wisdom Of Qui-Gon Jinn was posted a few weeks ago but I finally read it today.  Again, more love for everyone’s favorite maverick hippie Jedi:

Qui-Gon Jinn as played by Liam Neeson in the Phantom Menace is one of the most curious characters in the entire Star Wars saga. Little understood and frequently misunderstood, I thought it was an appropriate time to take a look at this character who is both one of my favourite from the series and also one of the most interesting.

Qui-Gon was only in one movie and yet, such an important part of the saga. I can’t imagine SW without him. He has always been my very favorite SW character.

Thanks so much for posting this.

Oh wow this was my essay, thanks so much for posting it. I love Qui-Gon Jinn and as Yoda said “A little more knowledge might light our way” so this is my part in helping people to appreciate him a bit more and Jar Jar too ha

If they ever do this rumored Obi-Wan stand-alone move, I hope they include ghost Qui-Gon. This would be his chance at a much-deserved movie return!

Indeed and they’ve already built it up thanks to Revenge of the Sith. It would in fact almost seem like a requirement for them. It’d be great to see Obi-Wan prepare that little trick he has for Vader on the Death Star lol
