Influence Of The Searchers On AOTC

starwars.com has an interesting piece on the influence of the 1950s Western “The Searchers” on AOTC. Interestingly enough, Clone Wars writers had a similar idea with the incomplete episodes with Cad Bane and Boba Fett.

    I am enjoying this series of articles on the main site and hope that even casual fans are reading them. It’s important that it’s inclusive of the entire saga and provides fans a lot more history of film and its influences on STAR WARS so they don’t think it’s “just a Western”!
