Write Up About Costume Exhibit

The “Rebel, Jedi, Princess, Queen: Star Wars and the Power of Costume” exhibit at the EMP museum in Seattle got a nice review in The News Tribune.com. Sounds like it’s a pretty cool show and worth checking out if you’re in the area. There’s a party tonight at the museum and it opens to the public tomorrow.

I sooooooooo hope this exhibition travels. Such a great collection …. Repeating my wish that Celebration peeps could find a way to make this happen in Orange County in April. But………. anyone else think this might be the worst Celebration ever? Or at least the worst organized. There is still no guest list and those attending so far as hosts are not the list bit exciting. By now we should have received the entire guest list plus the means to sign up for autographs etc, the entire Artist Alley (available now but about the only thing that is) the schedule…ya know… something, anything.

I know of at least a few authors who are going, because either Del Rey or the authors themselves tweeted about it or posted it on Facebook.

Orli Shoshan has Celebration on her convention schedule, so I guess she’s going to be there. I think most of the guests will probably be announced very soon. It depends on time–there’s supposedly going to be more shooting done for TFA–and whether some of these guys are willing to show up.
