Hasbro is about to unleash a new line of 12″ figures that are waaaay cheaper than the fancy schmansy deluxe figures that aren’t exactly meant for kids to play with. Three of the first four figs are from the prequels, amazingly enough.
Look for these to hit soon in the $13-15 range.
Update: Here are photos of the figs on the shelf at a Canadian Wal-Mart.

Four out of four if you count the Vader as coming from the end of ROTS!
These look pretty fun, and I can’t resist the vintage Kenner 12″ homage that they’re intended to be…and the relatively low price doesn’t hurt, either–but it is going to be bizarre seeing these on the shelf for just a couple of bucks more than the $10 basic Hasbro SW figures hanging above them!
