According to TFN and the IMBD, it appears so. I recall Witwer saying in an interview at a convention last year that he was returning to Clone Wars and he couldn’t say what character he was playing, but when he got the phone call in his car asking him to play this character, he almost went off the road. Given that we knew by then Maul was going to be on the show and there aren’t that many “legendary” characters who haven’t been on the show already, I’d figured he was going to play Maulsy.
Witwer did a great job before with Clone Wars, so I’m psyched!
