Here’s starwars.com’s coverage of the August 10 premiere in Los Angeles. I heard Janet Jackson was also there. Who knew she was a fan?
There’s a tie-in with Kraft’s Lunchables, available in your supermarket aisle! There’s even a game for the kidlets!
I picked up all four covers of the T.V. Guide Super Duper Clone Wars special today. I haven’t looked at the CD-ROM yet, but I did flip through the mag. As a consumer service, I have to say that while the article is positive in nature, the Cheers & Jeers column put in awkwardly-worded dig on the PT. Buyer beware!
Seeing some new reviews today, there are some critics who don’t seem to understand this isn’t meant to be a movie just like ROTS or something, it’s promoting a t.v. show. It does make me wonder if it was wise to subject a t.v. project to film critics, many of which aren’t exactly filled with gooey love for all things SW these days.

I read the article (which was good, some cool pictures) and then noticed the “Cheers & Jeers column” I was like WTF! Enough already! Honestly if I had seen that in the store I WOULD NOT have purchase it, and giving my $$ to T.V. guide. But my wife picked it up for me. The cd-rom was pretty cool, nothing we really haven’t seen yet. But still cool.
